Is there a shipping charge?
A. All the details are sent by email so no shipping charges apply. We
accept Paypal as our primary mode of payment. However, in situations where you are not able to sign up with Paypal, we can accept money orders.

What is your refund policy?
A. If you try our EA out and it does not perform as stated, given that you have
used it in a sensible manner, as direction, you can request a refund. We do issue refunds when the reason is
clear and sensible. Modifications of the EA for your own use are permitted, but
redistribution of this EA is not permitted.
