Question

Please can you explain what happens if the power goes out? Do all the trades cancel (sell) or remain open?
I plan to have my computer on all the time, but would like to know what you do to protect against power loss?

Answer

The EA uses global variables to store the state. The trades will not be cancelled, they will remain open. The system will recover its state, but no trading will occur whilst the computer is off, as with MT4 all the trades are managed client-side. It would be worth having a UPS to protect against blips in power supply.
