10pipspro EA updates
1. EA can hedge, buy and sell when signal is there. No longer it will be like rite now where if the buy is floating negative, the ea wont open sell orders eventhough the signals are there.
2. EA can open 1 order per day only. I notice that, if we only open 1 position per day for the 5 currencies, usually we will end up with 50 pips in total. in a week we are talking about 250 pips, that makes it about 1000 pips per month with this max 1 order per day option only.
3. Unique MagicNumber fix. There is a problem with this EA, when there is another EA trading the same currency in the same account, it wont open orders. I am looking into this fix. Do you have any demo EA that i can test out on the same account that has magicnumbers? appreciate if u can send me one.
This, and all future updates will be free for all customers

10pipspro EA now released
We have some updated results for july, here 10PipsPro EA. It uses 5 pairs, with a risk of 5% per pair.
As you can see from the statement, the ea works the best if trades are spread betweento 5 pairs, risking a maximum of 5% on each trade. This means the total risk is 25% only.
The latest account, less that one month old is using all 5 pairs, and the risk setting is 5% for each currency. As you can see from the statement, the account balance is up 42%.
If you checked the manual (Autopips EA User Manual), you will see it has been tested on the following pairs.
EUR/USD
GBP/USD
USD/JPY
USD/CHF
EUR/JPY
The EA is now for sale on the site. There will be an updated demo available on the 16th August.

CarryGriddingv5 is in a cancel loop?
Cancelled trades can appear when the trend is changing after an ORDER has already been placed. So the order is then rendered invalid and therefore cancelled. This behaviour will be fixed in a future version.
For now, the impact is that it adds a few records to the history but is not an actual problem, and is in fact there to protect you. For a period of time until the trend settles down it can switch back and forth a few times, thus creating cancelled trades.

live statement entries
Q.
I was looking at your live trading statement and saw 3 open buy positions for Oct. 17th. I then opened my IBFX GBP/JPY daily chart with the easy forex indicator attached. As far as I could tell the indicator was showing red lines (downtrend). I was under the impression the ea only went long when the indicator was green (uptrend). Am I missing something?
A.
The reason is that the EA on the demo is running on the 4Hr chart, so is it more susceptible to smaller variations.

Will the new version of CarryGridding that can trade long and short be ready any time soon?
A. Its still in development, and its not going to be released until November as we have to forward test it for a reasonable period of time as well.

Questions on Carrygrid EA
- Please can you explain in a short message what the parameters do - is everything to change in the parameters ?? or can i start it how it received me ?? whats the best settings ?
- Is it only for GBPJPY ??
- How did i received updates ??
- The parameters are explained in the download page sent to you.. if you read
further down the page you will find all the parameters explained.. there isnt
anything you should have to change, unless you have a problem with the lot size.
If there is a problem with the auto lot size, it will tell you in the top left
part of the screen that the lot size is invalid and you will have to set it
manually.- Basically it can be used on all the high interest bearing currency
pairs, such as GBPJPY, GBPCHF, AUDJPY, USDJPY - but you should not be using it on too many pairs simultaneously as you may be placing too many positions. Its a decision concerning risk/reward, which comes back to the individual taste.- You will receive updates via a newsletter that is sent out every few weeks
with information regarding the latest version and any other freebies/promotions that we have. For example, we recently sent out another EA we have in testing.

Ranging markets
The key differences are
- The comments to tell you exactly what the EA is thinking
- The trailing stop will lock in profits for you, which will take advantage of these ranging markets.
- For every benefit there is a disadvantage, and if you trade with a trailing stop you will not profit as well on a big run up. However it is a nice safety feature, and i for one run my EA with the trailing stop on.

New CarryGrid Version
A new version of the CarryGrid is now ready, version 5. the two key improvements with this version are;
- Improved comments to indicate what the EA is 'thinking'
- A trailing stop option to lock in profits, rather than closing out on a trend reverse. This works very well especially in ranging markets, but also will work in trending markets. It will also help reducing the number of positions open when the price goes against the trend.
This version and future upgrades is currently available to subscribers only, but will be rolled out to all existing members over the next few weeks.

GBPJPY charts

- Results would be improved, by proactively managing the EA.
- The big downspike could have been the start of a major correction, and whilst it was not the ideal time to exit, it was the right thing to do.
- If we wanted to get aggressive, we could be buying in on the way down, and we would have picked up a lot more trades. But this is martingaling, and we dont do that. We go with the tide, not against it.
- The limit of 10 trades was ok for this gridmesh size, in terms of covering the range of the market.
- Lets not forget that Hindsight is a wonderful thing.
- We should have traded bigger lots we would be retired by now!
